14KT Rose Gold 8.91ct Ruby and Diamond Ring A5713. Great Condition. RW3522LN. One electronically tested 14KT rose gold ladies cast ruby and diamond ring with a bright polish finish. Condition is new, good workmanship. The featured ruby is set within a two tiered diamond lattice gallery, supported by diamond set shoulders and completed by a two millimeter wide band. Identified with markings of "14K". Containing: One prong set pear mixed cut natural ruby, measuring 15.80 x 11.40 x 5.45mm, 10% bulge factor, approximate weight of 8.91ct., clarity is heavily included, type II, medium dark, moderately strong, slightly purplish red color, (GIA slpR 6/4), cut is good. Transmitting light somewhat diffusely, transparent to translucent. Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present. Indications of laboratory high temperature heat treatment, with glass & flux additives. Colored Stone Grading Report attached. Graded in the setting. Ruby has a low tolerance to rhodium plating, repolishing the surface, & ultrasonic cleaning. Seventy-eight prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.10 - 1.50 x 1.08mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 78 Stones = 1.22ct. Graded in the setting. Clarity SI-2 to I-1. Color F - H. Total Weight of Colored Stones 8.91ct. Total Weight of Diamonds 1.22ct. Total Weight of Ring 8.20gm. AIG Appraised at $7,900.00.
