One electronically tested 14KT white gold ladies cast & assembled blue star sapphire and diamond pendant with chain. Conditions new, good workmanship. The pendant features a blue star sapphire set within an elaborate diamond lattice gallery, completed by a diamond set bail. The pendant is supported by an eighteen inch length 14KT white gold designer style chain, terminating in a lobster claw clasp. Bright polish finish. Trademark is Orianne. Identified with markings of "14K". Containing: One prong set oval cabochon cut natural blue star sapphire, measuring 17.00 x 14.50 x 8.40mm, approximate weight of 24.20ct., clarity is severely included, dark, very slightly grayish, violetish blue color,(GID vB 7/3), cut is good. This stone has a complete six ray star with strong intensity and good movement. Transmitting light very diffusely, opaque. Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present. Intermittent color zoning present. Indications of laboratory high temperature diffusion treatment. Graded in the setting. Two hundred eight prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.30 - 1.70 x 1/20mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 208 Stones = 5.83ctw. Graded in the setting. Clarity I-1 to I-2. Color G-I. Total Weight of Colored Stones 24.20ct. Total Weight of Diamonds 5.85ctw. Total Weight of Pendant With Chain 22.77 grams. AIG Appraised at $23,120.00.
