14KT White Gold 6.50ct Coral and Diamond Ring A6328. Good Condition! JB5051ZS. One electronically tested 14KT white gold ladies cast coral and diamond ring with a bright polish finish. Condition is good. The featured coral is set within a two tiered diamond bezels, supported by diamond set shoulders and completed by a three millimeter wide band. Identified with markings of "K14". Containing: One prong set oval cabochon cut natural salmon coral, measuring 15.00 x 11.00 x 6.00mm, approximate weight of 6.50ct., clarity is severely included, medium, moderately strong, reddish orange. Color, (GIA r0 5/4), cut is good. Transmitting light very diffusely, opaque. Graded in the setting. Red Coral (Corallium Japonicum) is formed undersea by microscopic animals called coral polyps. These tiny, creatures form minute, hard shells. As a colony grows, it takes on complex branching, tree-like forms which allows the maximum number of polyps to be fed by the nutrients in the water.
