14KT Yellow Gold 11.60ct Ruby and Diamond Ring A7059. Great Condition! FR8061YH. One electronically tested 14KT yellow gold ladies cast ruby and diamond ring with a bright polish finish. The featured ruby is set within a diamond set bezel supported by diamond set shoulders, completed by a four millimeter wide band. Identified with markings of "K14". Condition is new, good workmanship. Containing: One prong set oval cabochon cut natural ruby, measuring 14.00 x 11.92 x 5.80mm, 10%. bulge factor, approximate weight of 11.60ct., clarity is heavily included, type II, dark, very slightly brownish, slightly purplish red color, (GIA slpR 7/3), cut is good. Transmitting light somewhat diffusely, transparent to translucent. Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present. Indications of laboratory high temperature heat treatment, with glass & flux additives. Colored Stone Grading Report attached. Graded in the setting. Ruby has a low tolerance to rhodium plating, repolishing the surface, & ultrasonic cleaning. Twenty-Two prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.70 - 2.60 x 1.59mm (depth est.) approximate. Total Weight of 22 Stones = 1.59ct. Graded in the setting. Clarity: SI-1 to I-1 . Total Weight of Colored Stones 11.60ct. Total Weight of Diamonds 1.59ct. AIG Appraised at $8,150.00.
