14KT Yellow Gold 16.41ct Ruby and Diamond Ring AJF40. Good Condition! EU4572NJ. One electronically tested 14KT yellow gold ladies cast ruby and diamond ring with a bright polish finish. Condition is good. The featured ruby is set within a diamond bezel supported by diamond set shoulders, completed by a two millimeter wide band. Identified with markings of "K14". Containing: One prong set oval mixed cut natural ruby, measuring 16.85 x 14.25 x 6.45mm, 25% bulge factor, approximate weight of 16.41ct., clarity is heavily included, type II, dark, very slightly brownish, slightly purplish red color, (GIA slpR 7/3), cut is good. Transmitting light somewhat diffusely, transparent to translucent. Naturally occurring internal and external characteristics are present. Indications of laboratory high temperature heat treatment, with glass and flux additives. Graded in the setting. Thirty-two prong set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 2.60 - 2.20 x 1.44mm (depth est.) approximate total weight of 32 stones = 1.74ct. Graded in the setting. Clarity VS- to SI-2. Color H - I. Total weight of colored stones 16.41ct. Total weight of diamonds 1.74ct. Total weight of ring 10.88gm. AIG appraised at $12,000.00.
