Seventeen and three-quarter inch length necklace features three tapering sapphire and diamond fringe transitioning into a diamond ribbon, terminating in a concealed clasp with safety bar. The necklace is reminiscent of the jewelry designs from the Art Deco Period. The Paris Exposition of Decorative Arts and Modern Manufacturers in 1925 gave the movement its name. The Art Deco Period is characterized with jewelry designs composed of bold geometric designs, & cubism. Trademark is AKMS. Identified with markings of "18K". Containing: Nine prong set rectangular step cut natural blue sapphires, measuring 10.00 x 5.00 x 2.70mm, 8%. bulge factor, approximate.
