Antique Minton Hand Painted Botanical Cabinet Plate Hallmarked Circa 1881 ED1800. Good Condition! KN251MD. Antique Minton porcelain botanical cabinet plate - superbly hand-painted flora and fauna with golden butterfly - along with a gilt accented border which is further enhanced by a gold encrusted edge decorated with turquoise beads. This truly spectacular plate is marked on the back with the globe puce Minton's Mark with crown and handwritten pattern mark. It is framed in a beautiful Victorian shadow box frame. The plate measures 9.25" in diameter and the frame measures 13.5" x 13.5" and is 2" in depth. This item is in very good estate condition. Valued between $400 - $500.
