This Vintage Casio PG-380 Black synth guitar (Built by Ibanez in Japan) was the best MIDI guitar available. There is a a real VZ synthesizer built into the guitar. The guitar features 3 outputs - pickups & synthesizer with the magnetic pickups, and a MIDI output.
