DEMO LOT
This is a fine quality antique sterling silver service by Tiffany & Co. in the English King pattern. It is an antique heavy flatware service for 8. It was made by Tiffany & Co. in 1885. Each has a lovely "D" monogram. There are 8 each of the following: knives (about 10 1/8"); forks (about 7 1/2"); salad forks (about 6 1/2"); teaspoons (about 5 3/4"); small soups or bouillons (about 5 1/4"); butter knives (about 5 3/4"); small sugar spoons (about 4"); 4 serving spoons (about 8 1/2"); a very large serving spoon (about 8 3/4") and a large serving fork (about 8 1/2"). There are an additional 8 teaspoons. This large set has 70 pieces. This estate service has not been recently polished. It is a great antique set. It is in excellent condition with only slight signs of usage. There is no indication of any monograms being buffed out. This is a great example for your collection! Valued between $10,000-$12,000. Comes in a beautiful new mahogany inlaid wood chest.
